Professional Debriefing and Training

Professional therapeutic debriefing and training support those in helping roles by enhancing skills, emotional resilience, and self awareness. 1:1 Parent Sessions

I put up a lot of resistance but I'm grateful Danica never gave up on me. I had been through quite a lot of counsellors and therapists before my parents found ShawSpark Psychotherapy. I didn't want any part of it. I was a mess. I was hurting, but I can honestly after almost 3 years, I don't know how she put up with me, or got through to me but somewhere along the way. She pulled me out of the very dark place I'd been stuck in for years.

1:1 Sessions

I never expected to feel so seen so quickly. It wasn't that the difficulties with my son went away, they felt lighter since I could share it with people who got it and were experiencing similar things. These sessions gave me the community I didn't even know I needed!

The work Danica is doing with our Pupils is outstanding - the pupil is put at the centre of all decision making, reports are excellent and it's clearly having and impact on the pupils.

Workshops and 1:1 sessions

I really liked having my own space to create big stories and take care of the animals. It helped me feel calm and know what to do when my feelings get big.
